We have a solution for you but because your axle is already over slung and you have taller hangers in place, we are limited in options. From the images you forwarded, you have a T44 axle. I recommend the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit for tandem axle, # RR23QX. This raises the trailer height by either 1-1/4" or 2-1/4" working with your existing leaf spring suspension system. The brackets attach to hangers and supply new, lower mounting point for springs, which results in... view full answer...
The LED light flashing on your Progressive Dynamics 4500 Series Inteli-Power Converter # PD4575K18LS8 just indicates which charge mode it's in.
If its a fast flash, then that's indicating that it's in "Normal Mode" - which continuously monitors power usage and provides good charging capability and reduces water consumption.
If it's a slow flash, then that's indicating that it's in "Storage Mode" -which ensures the battery remains charged and reduced water boil-off during storage or long... view full answer...
According to Dexter, 10" Electric Brake Assemblies like the # K23-462-00 and # K23-463-00 should be secured to the axle with brake mounting hardware like the # BRKH10B. The # BRKH10B should be tightened to between 45-ft/lbs and 70-ft/lbs. view full answer...
The Dexter 008-480-05 is specifically designed to fit AL-KO axles. Unfortunately, the # 8-407-5UC3-EZ will not fit AL-KO axles. Since these axles are no longer made replacement parts are not available. The best solution is to replace your 4,400 lb axle with a conventional axle.
The closest thing in capacity will be a 5,200 lb axle like the # e45GR which measures 86-1/2" long. You will need your hub face to hub face measurement to find the correct replacement. If the spring seat measurement... view full answer...
The best cover for your 28' 2013 Keystone Cougar XLite 28SGS 5th Wheel Trailer is the Adco Olefin HD RV Cover item # AD99ZR. This cover will protect your trailer in all climates. The contoured cover conforms to the shape of your trailer and secures with the integrated straps so it won't flap in the wind.
The HD fabric blocks 99.8 of UV rays and the material also beads moisture instead of allowing it to pool into standing water that can damage the cover.
My favorite part about the Adco... view full answer...
I don't see any issue with upping your 4.4K axle to a 6K axle, Brandon. The only issue I'm running in to is the measurements on your current axle.
It looks like we don't carry any axles of any size that match those measurements. The closest I was able to find is the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with E-Z Lube Spindles # 8327826 which has a 86 1/2" hub face measurement and a 71 1/2 spring seat measurement.
I wasn't able to find anything anywhere that matched those measurements besides the... view full answer...
I'm attaching a diagram we made for the dimensions of the smaller jacks that come with the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 # LC358590.
Please note that there is some wiggle room as to where you can mount the rear jacks. If you check out the linked instructions and the attached photo for the departure angles you'll be able to compare this to the exact layout of your Keystone for best placement. view full answer...
I would be happy to walk you through the steps to find which bearings your 2012 Keystone Cougar 27RKT uses, but unfortunately I do not have a breakdown of which bearings your specific trailer uses.
The easiest way to determine the correct replacement bearings is to remove one of the hubs and look for the bearing numbers stamped in the face of each of the bearings as you can see in the included picture of the # L44649.
If your bearings are worn to the point that you cannot read the bearing... view full answer...
The MORryde CRE3000 equalizers, like part # MR27ZR, fit with 9/16" wet bolts so the bolts that come with the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit for Tandem Axle Trailers # MR46ZR will fit and you just need to compare the 2-1/4" shackles to what you currently have.
Measure from the center of one bolt hole on the shackles to the center of the other bolt hole and if this is 2-1/4" then you're good to go! If they measure longer than that, we also have the kit # MR76ZR which has the same parts just... view full answer...
The spindles used on the 4400 axle are compatible with the # L67048 Inner bearing and # LM67010 race and the # L44649 Outer bearing and # L44610 race, along with the 10-19 grease seal, part # RG06-050. You'll want to confirm this by pulling one of the hubs to check the reference numbers off of your current bearings.
For brakes, you'd need a 10 x 2-1/4 inch brake assembly. I'd recommend a Nev-r-adjust assembly, part # K23-478-479 for the right and left sides. Typically, it's recommended... view full answer...

Hitches for the back of trailers are not custom made to each trailer make and model, but are mostly universal fit. These hitches will bolt or weld on your your existing trailer frame, so you will first need to know what the width between your frame beams is, and what towing capacity your trailer manufacturer recommends. (Many are not rated for towing, even if they put a hitch back there, it is usually for hitch accessories - not towing.)
I have attached a link showing all of our RV &... view full answer...
We do not have a entertainment center that will play DVD's and Sirius Radio. Regarding your 39" TV, the perfect replacement would be the Jensen # JEN44FR LED TV with 40" screen. This unit can accept up to three HDMI inputs and has a headphone jack for listening without disturbing or being disturbed by others, in the travel trailer.
This TV is designed for rough travel and extreme temperatures that can be found in trailers. Also includes a wall mount.

In order to find the correct replacement leaf springs for a trailer you first need to start by noting the type whether that be slipper or double eye. Then, you'll need to measure their unloaded length via jacking up the trailer. If the springs are worn they will measure longer than their replacement. Lastly, you will need to note the axle capacity which is found on the tag in the center of the beam. Please note, the number of leaves does not really denote capacity as leaves have different... view full answer...
The fabric of the Solera 18" Projection Window Awning Roller # LCV000335057 that you referenced is 54 inches wide so that would be how wide of shade it would provide. For a 66 inch wide awning fabric you'd need the part # LCV000335060 instead since you mentioned that figure. The width of the support arms part # LCV000334750 that you'd use with this awning is 2 inches. view full answer...

I may have a solution for you but there aren't any keys that match an FIC 038 lock; most FIC keys we have available are 3-- or 4-- codes and we won't have one that matches 038. You may want to consider either having keys cut by a locksmith that match your existing ones, or you could change your door latches to something new like the Bauer Keyless Entry Motor Home Door Lock # BA64FR. This would be the only available solution we could offer you and would work if your door has a cutout that... view full answer...
The Lippert # LC432336 is designed to fit on a variety of trailers, but we don't have specific fit information for each individual trailer. The # LC432336 is designed to fit on trailers that do not have the 4 inches of clearance required to install the # LC373965, so you'll want to measure whether or not you've got the required 4" between the trailer and the bumper. Both of these brackets are designed to work with the Tailgate Storage System # LC243621. view full answer...
Due to odd spacing with AL-KO 4,400 pound axles, specifically how far out they mounted the brakes, there will not be any current drums available as replacements. With that being said, the best thing to do will be to replace the axle with something that is more common, like the Dexter Trailer Axle w/ Electric Brakes # 8327820-EB.
This will include everything needed to replace the axle, including brakes, drums, bearings, seals, grease caps, lug nuts, and even grease. However, this will also... view full answer...
The Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 10" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 4.4K # K23-478-479 are sold as a pair (left and right brake assembly) for one axle. If you've got a tandem axle trailer you'll want to order two sets of these. These brake assemblies do not include mounting hardware so if you need to replace yours then you'll want to use the Mounting Hardware for 10" Brake Assemblies # BRKH10B as well, for each axle you're replacing the brakes on. view full answer...
